Dickens (Up to Charles Dickens de Hareswith) is the brother of Rowan. So he also is the son of Hazel, Grandson of Grace and great grandson of Heidi! He is greatly contrasting in colour, being a rich gold and Rowan being pale cream.

He is a gentle giant, very soft and wanting to please. It has to be said that he is a bit of a mummy's boy. He is strong and powerful but can play with our kitten, Crunchie without hurting her.
He has grown into a handsome dog. Like his sister, Rowan, he has also done well in the show ring, he was only shown once in 2006 but achieved 1st Excellent, CACS and Best of Breed. All who meet him fall in love with him.

Dickens is learning to be a working dog and seems very keen to find dummies and retrieve them. He loves the water and is a very strong swimmer
In the show ring he has won a CACS and BOB. 2007 saw him placed 4th Excellent at the Championat de France
