Golden Retriever Stud Dog in Limousin
Amilone The Laird to Hareswith – or The Laird to his friends – is a successful Golden Retriever stud dog, living just north of Limoges with the Hareswith family of Golden Retrievers.
He is very virile having produced many fine litters of Golden Retrievers, all taking after him in character – gentle, loving and fun giving.
He lives to please, loves children, makes a wonderful addition to the family and above all is a gentle giant.
In the show ring he has always succeeded in being highly placed.

After 13 months, The Laird has now become a Champion.
It started in October 2010, when he won his first CACIB at Poitiers. In April 2011, we drove down to Monaco, where he won his first foreign CACIB. Then at Brive 2011, he won the CACIB. He had now the 2 needed in France and a foreign one. Now to be crowned “Champion Internationale Exposition” another foreign CACIB was required. The Euroshow was being held in Belgium, so I entered him there. In a strong class of open dogs, he won his class. We waited until the other dogs had been judged and went back in the ring to challenge for the CACIB. The judge took an age to decide, going up and down the line. Moving all the dogs individually, then all together. Then the moment of truth…….. The Laird was chosen!!!
I was so proud of him and he had a huge grin all over his face.
His hip score is perfect at A/A with elbows scoring another perfect at 0/0.
He has a current clear eye certificate. He is hereditary clear of GR_PRA1
